You must be at least 18 years old to use STLTH. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access and use it in your jurisdiction.

STLTH is an AI-assisted trading intelligence platform. The Service includes, among other features:

— AI-generated macro analysis, session bias, and confluence reports

— An economic calendar with event alerts

— A trade journal, including CSV import and broker account syncing

— A trading psychology and discipline tracker

— A suite of analytical reports (seasonality, COT, correlation, central banks, and more)

STLTH is an educational and informational platform only. Nothing on this website or within the dashboard constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Trading financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss, and past performance is not indicative of future results. STLTH does not account for your individual financial circumstances or risk tolerance.

If you require financial advice, please consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser.

Certain features of STLTH use artificial intelligence models to generate summaries, analysis, and commentary. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

STLTH is not a signals service. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, and we do not promise to predict market movements.

To access certain features, you'll need to create an account via our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Paid access to STLTH is billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

If you choose to connect a MetaTrader or Tradovate account for automatic trade syncing, you authorise STLTH to retrieve trade history and account data from that provider on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of any credentials or account identifiers you provide, and for reviewing your broker's own terms regarding third-party access.

You agree not to:

— Attempt unauthorised access to the Service or any account other than your own

— Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform's underlying logic or data

— Use automated tools (bots) to submit forms or create accounts

— Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

— Interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

STLTH integrates with third-party providers, including authentication, database, payment, email, AI, and broker-connection services. We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or losses arising from third-party services, and use of any linked third-party service is at your own risk.

All content, branding, source code, and materials that make up STLTH are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our permission.

We aim to keep STLTH available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or withdrawn in whole or in part, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

— We are not liable for any trading losses you incur

— We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

— We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or the performance of any strategy

Your use of STLTH is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your trading decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or disclaimers that have already accrued.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use of STLTH after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
