This Privacy Policy explains what personal information STLTH ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit our website, join the waitlist, or use the STLTH platform, and how that information is used, stored, and protected. By using STLTH you agree to the practices described below.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or join the waitlist.
Platform data: journal entries, imported or synced trade history, psychology check-ins, favourites, alerts, and other content you create within the platform.
Broker connection data: where you choose to connect a MetaTrader or Tradovate account, we receive trade history and account identifiers from those providers to power your journal.
Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and similar technical information.
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, support requests, or affiliate applications.
We use the information we collect to:
— Operate, maintain, and secure the STLTH platform and your account
— Generate your journal analytics, session bias reports, and AI-assisted macro summaries
— Send transactional emails such as waitlist confirmations, calendar alerts, subscription receipts, and report deliveries
— Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or support channels
— Improve platform performance, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud or abuse
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you've signed up for), legitimate interests (improving and securing the platform), your consent (for example, when submitting a form), and compliance with legal obligations.
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate STLTH, each of whom processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us:
Clerk — authentication and account management
Supabase — database storage for journal, psychology, waitlist, and contact form data
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (STLTH does not store your card details directly)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Groq — AI model processing for macro summaries and analysis features
MetaAPI and Tradovate — broker account connections for automatic trade syncing, where you choose to connect an account
Cloudflare — bot and spam protection (Turnstile) on our forms
Vercel — website and application hosting
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use essential cookies required for the platform to function, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any non-essential analytics cookies, if introduced in future, will only be used with your consent.
We retain your account and platform data for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or security purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
— Access the personal data we hold about you
— Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
— Request deletion of your data
— Object to or restrict certain processing
— Request a copy of your data in a portable format
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and bot/spam protection on public forms — to protect your data. No online platform can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Some of our service providers may process data outside your home country. Where this occurs, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
STLTH is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.
For the terms governing your use of STLTH, see our Terms of Service.
